Without an account

We count visits with Google Analytics 4 (pages viewed, device type, approximate region). Advertising features and Google signals are off, and in the EEA, UK and Switzerland it runs without cookies. Opt out with your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Sign-up links to exchanges may also record a click for our ad network. When you contact us on Telegram, Telegram's own policy applies to that chat.

Accounts

Creating an account is optional; without one you can still compare exchanges, use the fee calculator and claim rebates on Telegram. When you sign up we collect: your email address, the ID of the social account you use (Google, Kakao or Apple), your name or nickname if that account shares it, which site you joined and how you arrived (ad or link details), a record of the terms and privacy consent you gave (time and version) and access logs. Optionally we collect the marketing channels you choose and a phone number if you enter one. We use this to identify you and sign you in, provide the service, answer support requests and prevent abuse, and keep it until you delete your account.

One account across our sites

QURATOR, LUFT, Life Junjun, Perpline and CHAINBRIEF share one sign-in system run by the same operator. You consent separately on each site and can leave each site separately. We only send promotions through channels you agreed to, from the senders listed on the consent screen.

Processors and transfers

Accounts and sign-in are handled by Supabase Inc. (USA). Account data is stored in the Seoul region (AWS ap-northeast-2) and the processor may access it from abroad for operations and support. Data is sent over HTTPS when you sign up or sign in and kept until you delete your account or the contract with the processor ends. Email or messaging providers: to be announced here before we start sending.

Promotions

We send promotions only to people who opted in, per channel (email, KakaoTalk, text), and between 9 pm and 8 am only with a separate opt-in. Each message carries an (Ad) label, our name and contact, and a free way to opt out. Change your choices any time under Account > Marketing preferences; changes apply immediately and we confirm them on screen. We remind opted-in members of their choice every two years. Consent records (channel, time, wording version, hashed IP and browser data) are kept as proof until you delete your account.

Age

You must be 14 or older to create an account. If we learn we collected data from a child under 14, we delete it.

Deleting your account

Go to Account > Delete account. You can leave this site only or every site that uses the account; with no memberships left, the account and its data (including consent records) are deleted immediately. Payment and contract records that the law requires us to keep are separated from the account and kept only for that period. You can also disconnect the social login in your Google, Kakao or Apple settings.
